Chatpata Wadas
Ingredients
For the coconut chutney
1 grated fresh coconut
1 onion
6 green chillies
4 tbsp coriander, chopped
a small ball tamarind
salt to taste
Method:
For the wadas
Soak the dal overnight. Grind the dal with the jeera and green and red chillies
Mix the remaining ingredients. Shape into wadas and deep fry in oil.
Serve with coconut chutney.
For the coconut chutney
Grind all the Ingredients, by using a little water while grinding.
