Kache Keemay Ki Tikkya (Cutlets)
Ingredients

  • Chopped mint 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chilly 10 grind
  • Bhuna chana or besan bhuna 2 tbsp
  • Green chilly 10 grind
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp heaped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mince meat 1/2 kg
  • Ginger / garlic 2 tsp levelled
  • Papaya 1-2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp grind
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well in mince meat and knead well. Keep for 2 hours. The mixture stickly dampen hands and mould in small flat kababs. Heat a little oil on tawa and shallow fry them. Cover and cook till done.
