Ingredients
- Mince meat 1 kg
- Bread slices 4
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp
- Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch (finely chopped)
- Black pepper 1 tsp (ground)
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4 (finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Egg 1 beaten
- Cooking oil for frying

Directions
Soak the bread slices in the mixture of Soya sauce and vinegar for 10 minutes. Mix it with the mincemeat. Now add black pepper, fresh coriander and the beaten egg. Mix well, knead this mixture with your hands for a few minutes and leave for an hour. Take small portions from the meat mixture and shape to form kebabs and fry.
