Ingredients
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 140 gms maida
- 250 gms dried nuts
- 100 gms butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp caramel
- 100 gms sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tsp lemon rind

Directions
Beat eggs, butter & vanilla essence until it becomes fluffy and add maida.
Add sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon rind and lemon juice and mix well.
Finally add the dried nuts & milk.
Pour the mixture in a greased tray and bake 350ºC till done.
Pour the caramel on top and serve chill.
