Directions
Combine besan, salt and 2 cups of water and make a batter. Keep aside.
Fry mustard, hing, and green chillies in oil for a few minutes and then put 1 cup of water.
Keep it to cook for a few minutes. Add the besan batter and continue to stir until the besan gets cooked
