The best way to lose weight quickly is to stop eating a lot of sugar. It can be a bit difficult at times (specially at the beginning), but it can be done. You must make the decision that you want to lose the extra weight and be determined to do it

  • Step 1

    The first step is to decide to get rid of the extra weight.

  • Step 2

    Once you have made the decision, you will have to give up all the food with refined sugar. Basically everything that is sweet that is not a fresh fruit. That means instead of cinnamon toast crunch, choose regular cheerios. Instead of eating ice cream and cookies, eat a banana or an apple. Every time you eat something, check the amount of sugar in it. If it’s over 10g of sugar, is has too much. Try to choose foods with 6g of sugar or less. Your body will get used to not having so much sugar, but it will be difficult at first.

  • Step 3

    Only drink water and milk. Anything else we drink has sugar, so skip the juice, coffee, tea, and everything else besides water and milk. Alternatively, you can drink coffee and/or tea with no sugar or honey.

  • Step 4

    Every time you get a craving for something sweet, eat fresh fruit only. Eat as much fresh fruit as you like. Do not eat canned fruit because they add sugar to it.

  • Step 5

    Always check your food labels to see the amount of sugar in it.
