Dosa And Potato Bhaji Urdu Recipe by Sanjeev Kapoor

Dosa and Potato vegetable Method: Recipe: Soak the lentil and rice whole night and grind them in the morning and add ginger and egg in it and keep this mixture in a hot place for 2 -3 hours. Take a frying pan add oil in it heat it for two minutes on medium flame and put the mixture in it and make pan cakes in similar way. Boil the potatoes well and fry the onions light golden and add garlic paste fry it for one minute and gradually add salt, green chilies, potatoes in it and keep it on low flame. Take the pan cakes spread that mixture in it and roll it. Dosa and potato vegetable is ready to serve.

  • Rice: 2 cup
  • Black gram (Mash kidaal): Half cup
  • Ginger: Chopped
  • Egg: 1
  • Cooking oil: Half kg
  • Salt: To taste
  • Garlic: Chopped Half tsp
  • Onion: 1
  • Mustard seeds (Rai): As required
