Karahi Gosht by Zubaida Tariq

Karhai Ghost Recipe Method: Heat up the oil in a deep and ad and meat or chicken along with water till it tenders cook it and till the water dries. In chicken there is no need of water and add onions and cook it for a while and add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, green chilies, coriander, turmeric powder, black pepper, yogurt and in last add coriander leaves while serving and let it cook and serve it with naan
This recipe is quite easy and simple let’s learn how it is made.
Ingredients:
• Mutton/Chicken: Half kg
• Tomatoes: 5-8
• Onion: Finely chopped
• Garm masala powder: 2tsp
• Ginger garlic paste: 2tsp
• Black cumin seeds: Half tsp
• Turmeric powder: 1tsp
• Red chili powder: 1tsp
• Oil: 1cup
• Green chilies: 10
• Black pepper: 1/4tsp
• Salt: 1tsp
• Coriander: Half whorl
• Yogurt: Half cup
• Dry coriander seeds: Half tsp
