Dahi Baray Recipe in Urdu Chef Zakir

Methey Dahi Baray Recipe Method: Beat the yogurt well and add plain flour and food color in it and keep it for 4-6 hours in a hot place. Heat up the oil and make small balls of plain flour mixture and fry it in oil. Add sugar in water and cook it for 5-6 minutes and add those plain flour balls in all mixture. Dahi baray are ready to eat.
The dish is quite sweet in taste and is delicious mostly loved and liked by everyone.
Ingredients:
• Plain flour: One cup
• Yogurt: 1/2cup
• Yellow food color: Half tsp
• Sugar: 1cup
• Water: Half cup
• Oil : For frying
• Sour Yogurt: As required
