Vegetable Pakoray Recipe by Chef Zakir

Vegetable Pakorey Recipe Method: Take gram flour and add red chili powder, salt, and baking soda in it and make a mixture of it, and add potatoes, peas, salt and green chilies in it and fill this mixture in kashmiri chilies heat up the oil and coat these chilies in gram flour mixture and fry them. Delicious vegetable pakora’s are ready to eat along with mint chutni.
Mid time snacks recipe is this and is quite delectable and spicy.
• Potatoes: Boiled and mashed 1
• Peas: Boiled and mashed ¼ cup
• Kashmiri chili: 4 make them half
• Red chili powder: Half tsp
• Gram Flour: 1 cup
• Baking soda: A pinch
• Oil and salt: To taste
