Vegetable White Korma Recipe in Urdu by Chef Zakir

Vegetable White Korma Recipe Method: Heat up the oil in a pan and golden brown the onions and add garlic paste and potatoes in it for frying and add a little water and ginger paste, red chili powder, green chilies, salt, gram beans. As these all vegetables tenders so add coconut in yogurt along with cinnamon powder and add it in the pan’s mixture and don’t let the water to dry and keep it on low flame. As the oil comes on the top so add fresh cream and green cardamom in it on the top and mix it well and cook it for a minute.Serve it with coriander. Vegetable white korma is ready to eat.

White korma is also added on great extent in our menu is quite change and delicious in taste.
Ingredients:
• Potatoes: 4 cut in cubic form
• Cauliflower: 1 cup
• Carrots: 1cup
• Boiled peas: 1cup
• Boiled grams: 1 cup
• Garlic paste: 1tbsp
• Ginger paste: 1tbsp
• Green chilies: 6-8
• Powdered Cinnamon: To taste
• Yogurt: Half cup
• Salt: To taste
• Fresh Cream: Half cup
