Christmas Tree Growers Fighting For Sales
As Christmas is getting nearer people are getting crazier behind the very popular Christmas tree. The Christmas tree is one of the very significant and the compulsory component in the celebration of Christmas throughout the world and without it the celebrations seems to be incomplete. For that purpose people buy the trees and then decorate them in their homes and on social areas on the Christmas Eve and stays there for the entire week until the New Year.
Christmas tree is a must in all the Christmas celebrations but the trend has changed now. People prefer to buy artificial Christmas tree rather than the natural tree nowadays and that has reduced the sales of the Natural grown Christmas trees dramatically. This is a sign of disappointment and even fear amongst the tree growers through the world which have invested several thousand dollars in the cultivation of these very special trees and now when the time has arrived to cash the investment they are literally fighting for the sales of these natural grown Christmas trees.
The main question which arises here is that why the people have shifted towards the artificial Christmas trees and have neglected and ignored the traditional naturally grown trees. The answer is very much simple but still very complicated. People today are getting cost conscious and for that reason they have choose the artificial tree as compared to the natural grown tree because the artificial trees are slightly cheap and even long lasting than the naturally frown trees. It is obvious that the natural tree which is being purchased this year will surely expire till the next Christmas which will be celebrated next year. But the artificial tree has longer lasting than the natural tree because they don’t have short life and they can be consumed on several Christmases in the upcoming years because they can be easily unassembled and can be packed in the respective boxes which are being provided with tree. Tis ease and durability of the artificial tree has forced the people to leave and ignore the naturally grown Christmas tree and adopt and buy the artificial trees.
On the other hand the manufacturers of the natural trees are very much stressed out because their demand has dramatically reduced to less than half as compared to the previous years, and with the same time they are also helpless because they can’t reduce the price to very low. They have inculcated cost on it at various levels, in manufacturing, in saving them from insects and pesticides, tax paid to the government on every single tree, these all are the costs which they can’t reduce neither exempt. So the fight between attracting the customers is still on between the manufacturer of artificial Christmas trees and the manufacturers of naturally grown Christmas trees.
