  • Chicken mince300 gm
  • Onion chopped1 medium
  • Big green chilies2 – 3
  • Coriander leaves¼ bunch
  • Mint leaves¼ bunch
  • Egg1
  • Gram flour2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes boiled 3
  • Garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped4 – 5 cloves
  • Bid green chilies chopped2
  • Turmeric½ tsp
  • Chili powder1 tsp
  • Cumin powder1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Oil3 – 4 tbsp
  • Oilfor fry
  1. In chopper put together 300 gm chicken mince, 1 onion, 2 – 3 big green chilies, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, ¼ bunch of mint leaves, 1 egg, 2 tbsp gram flour and a little salt. Chopperize the mixture finely till smooth.
  2. Make small balls with the mixture, then deep fry the mince balls until golden brown.
  3. Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 tbsp garlic paste. Fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
  4. Now add 3 boiled ground tomatoes, 2 chopped green chilies, ½ tsp turmeric, salt to taste and 1 tsp cumin powder. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
  5. Now add ¼ cup water and fried chicken balls carefully, cook on high flame till water dries.
  6. Dish it out, serve hot.
