Prize bonds are a unique type of government bond that randomly selects certain bonds for redemption at a value higher than their face value. These prize bonds are issued by the government of Pakistan, with the National Savings of Pakistan responsible for organizing the Qurandazi of various denominations, including 100, 200, 750, 7500, 1500, 15000, and 25000 rupees, four times a year.
