Trust Modaraba was formed in Pakistan under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and the rules framed thereunder and is being managed by Al-Zamin Modaraba Management (Private) Limited (AZMML). The Modaraba commenced its business operations on November 12, 1991. It is listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange. The Modaraba is perpetual, multi-purpose and multi-dimensional, engaged in the business of Murabaha, Musharakah and Ijarah financing, investment in marketable securities, trading and other permissible businesses.
