First Elite Capital Modaraba is a perpetual, multi-purpose and multidimensional modaraba formed under the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 and is managed by Crescent Modaraba Management Company Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act, 2017. The Modaraba is primarily engaged in the business of ijarah, musharakah and murabahah financing, investment in marketable securities, trading of stock and other related businesses.
