Clear and smooth skin is the dream of every human being, and it is a dream that can be fulfilled if proper care is being taken of the skin. If the people are guided in the right direction than they can be successful in attain shinny and glowing skin. Here are few tips that might be very helpful in this respective regard.

  1. The very first tip to keep the skin smooth and clear is to keep it hydrated. The body losses water and this deficiency have its major impacts on the skin. So it is very much crucial to maintain the water intake so that the skin is prevented from drying out and even dyeing out.
  2. Science has shown that 90% of the total wrinkles on the skin are due to the exposure of sun light. The ultra violet radiation from the sun generates wrinkles on the skin. So it is very important to keep your skin away from such radiations. No one can get away from sunlight but precautions should be taken. Sunblock creams and windscreen slathers should be used so that direct contact from such harmful radiations should be minimized.
  3. Dairy products either organic or inorganic contains cow hormones that stimulates the oil glands in the skin and the pores also which ultimately leads to acne. So the usage of such dairy products should be reduced to avoid skin acne.
  4. The skin should be exfoliated on the regular intervals not to quick but still regularly. This will enable to peel off the dry skin and will unleash the fresh and glowing skin from beneath.
  5. Usage of moistening and cleansing fluids will help the skin to reopen the pores which are being blocked by the dust particles and will enable the skin to remain naturally lubricated from the oil generated by the skin and are being extracted through the tiny pores present on the skin.
  6. Less sleep is also one major cause behind the problems of skin. Dark circles and wrinkles around the eye are being caused due to the less sleep acquired by the body. So the human body should be provided with the required sufficient sleep that on an average is 8 to 9 hours a day.

The makeup which the females uses is also dangerous for the skin as it contains several dangerous components so it is prescribed to remove such makeup products as soon as possible and don’t go to sleep before removing them because during the sleep the content of such products penetrate in the skin pores and blocking them which results in acne, drying out of skin and spores appears on the skin.
  8. Avoid the direct contact of the skin with hot water. Hot water evaporates all the oil from the sin when get contacted with the skin causing the skin dry and untidy and at the same time causes itching nd even hot water causes skin burns and appearing of red spots all over the skin.
  9. Several researches have shown that the diet which is higher in fats and carbohydrates are also one major cause of wrinkles and acnes on the skin. So one should minimize the use of potatoes and such eatables which are rich in fats and carbohydrates.
  10. Vegetables and the food items which are rich in Vitamins A, B, C, D and E are very much effective and productive for the better skin so it is advised to use green vegetable and fresh fruits which will ultimately make your skin more shiny and glowing.
  11. Always try to be happy and satisfied. The psychologist have shown their reports in which they have concluded that dissatisfaction, unhappiness and frustration has direct impact on the skin, so one should remain happy and satisfied so that his or her skin keeps glowing and looks fresh all the time.
