- Don’t drink tea after having a meal because it restricts the iron to absorb in the body due to its acids which mixes with our taken food.
- Don’t take shower after taking meal because it creates digestion problems.
- Don’t smoke immediately after having a meal because it is considered that a person is smoking ten cigarettes so it’s harmful for the body.
- Taking fruits before meal is a Sunnah and is the right way after having meal don’t eat fruits immediately but have it after one an half hour.
- Don’t drink water after meal because it’s harmful.
So these are the tips and cures for leading a healthy life and are beneficial tips for absorption of your food. So these points must be remembered by the one to be fit and healthy.
