For Ijaz Butt there is no need for batting coach
PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt on Monday deplored that spot-fixing scandal cost cancellation of Zimbabwe and ICC-11 tours for Pakistan, adding that no relaxation could be given to the suspended players.
Talking to media after Governing Council meeting, Butt said that ICC sought names of 30 players for the World Cup by November 30, and added that the suspended players could not be nominated in this regard. He said that the fielding and bowling skills of the players could be honed, but batting coach is not necessary. He said that efforts are underway to check approach in selection process.
