How to make Beef Pasta Soup

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
  • Beef 200 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Cook small pieces of beef with glass of water till tender.
  2. In other pan, heat oil, fry chopped garlic cloves.
  3. Also add capsicum, carrot and mushrooms. Fry well.
  4. Now strain beef with remaining stock and add to the vegetables mixture.
  5. Cook till boiling.
  6. Add salt, black pepper and corn flour dissolved in some water.
  7. Lastly add beaten egg, turn the flame off, add soya sauce and serve.
