Mutton Chanp Cutlets Recipe in Urdu by Chef Zakir

This recipe is quite unique one because this things is eaten in always one way but now its Cutlus let’s have a look on its recipe.
Chanp Cutlus Recipe: Wash the chanps and pour it in a deep pan and add vinegar, turmeric, garlic paste in it and keep it on flame for cooking if one wants add water. For making better add wheat flour, Khaskash, peanuts, salt, black pepper and cheese and mix well and dip chanps in it and fry it in oil till they get golden color. Chanps are ready to eat.

Ingredients:

  • Chanp: 6
  • Vinegar: Half cup
  • Turmeric powder: Half tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Garlic paste: 1tsp
  • Butter: As required
  • Wheat flour: Half tsp
  • Cheese: As required
  • Nuts: As required
