Take another deep pan and add rice, cardamom and cloves in it and boil them as they boil twice so take out water and add ashrafiyan, sugar, coconut and dry fruits in the chicken and use wooden spoon while mixing and cover it up and keep the flame high before 5 to 10 minutes and keep it on tawa and leave it for a sufficient time add kewra and low the flame. Chicken Muntanjan is ready to have.
Ingredients:
• Rice: 3 cup
• Sugar: 2 and half cup
• Dry coconut: Half cup finely chopped
• Kewra: Few drops
• Almonds: Chopped
• Ghee: 1 cup
• Boneless chicken: Half kg
• Cardamom: few
• Clove: 8 cloves
• Ashrafiyan: of multiple colors
