Mumbai Dahi Baray Recipe in Urdu by Zubaida Tariq

Mumbai Dahi Baray Recipe Method: Add salt and red chili powder in lentils and grate them and make little balls of them and fry them in oil and soak them after frying in cool water. Add brown sugar in tamarind juice and let it cook. Beat the yogurt and add salt in it and now press those balls and add in yogurt and also add tamarind mixture in it and sprinkle chat masala on it. Delicious and spicy dahi baray are ready to have. So these all recipes are quite easy and are tasty to make.

Ingredients:

* Yogurt: Half kg
* Tamarind juice: 1 cup
* Red chili powder: 1tbsp
* Mong and mash ki daal: 1quarter
* Cumin seeds: 1tbsp
* Oil : One cup
* Green Chilies: 6
* Brown sugar : A little
