Steaks Pasanday Recipe in Urdu

Steaks (Pasanday) Recipe Method: Mix gram masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and onions in yogurt and keep it for 4 to 6 hours and keep it on flame in a same way as the water dries off so roast it by adding oil in it and garnish with green chilies and green coriander. Steaks are ready to serve.

This recipe is another type of recipe which is made of meat and is quite delicious one.


  • Steaks: 1 kg
  • Garlic: Chopped 1tsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Yogurt: ½ kg
  • Onions: 2
  • Green chilies and coriander: To taste
  • Ginger chopped: 1tsp
  • Gram masalas: Grinded 1tsp
  • Oil : As required
