Zafrani Rasmalai Recipe in Urdu

Zafrani Rasmalai Method: Take milk and add saffron, cardamom and let it heat on low flame and after 10 minutes add sugar and almonds in it and cook it for 5-7 minutes and add dry milk in it that it will become thick as it become thick so off the flame and keep it on room temperature as the hotness leaves so add those balls in it and keep it in refrigerator for cooling that it may become chill and Ras Malai is ready to eat. This recipe is very Delicious and mouthwatering dish let’s have a look on its recipe.


  • Dry Milk:2 cup
  • Egg:1
  • Baking Powder: Half tsp
  • Cardamom: ¼ tsp
  • Oil:1 tsp
  • Saffron: 1 Pinch

Mix all these ingredients and make a fine mixture of it now prepare the small balls of this mixture and put it in a greasy plate and take 3 cup of milk, 1 cup water, sugar half cup, ghee 1 tbsp, Dry milk half cup, Almonds crushed 2 tbsp , saffron 1 pinch and 3 cardamoms.
