Sunan Ibn Majah
Hadith# 849
حَدَّثَنَا جَمِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ ابْنِ أُكَيْمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ، وَزَادَ فِيهِ قَالَ: فَسَكَتُوا بَعْدُ فِيمَا جَهَرَ فِيهِ الْإِمَامُ.
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں نماز پڑھائی، اس کے بعد پہلی جیسی روایت ذکر کی، البتہ اس میں اتنا زیادہ ہے: پھر لوگوں نے جہری نماز میں خاموشی اختیار کر لی ۱؎۔
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in prayer,” and he mentioned a similar report, and added to it, and he said: “And after that they were quiet in the prayers in which the Imam recites aloud.”
